I want to use this microswitch in a circuit together with the SR-8001A electronic IR-sensor switch. But so that the lighting can be controlled independently with the switch or the sensor, something a la a staircase circuit.

There is nothing left for you to try.
Do you plug L from the output from the SR-8001A into the MINIR4M into the S2 connector?

Describe how the circuit works connected in this way and whether this is what you expected.
There should be no loss of hardware, but anything can be expected.
