    Hello,
    I need USB recovery firmware for:

    Model: Toshiba 32WA2063DG
    Main board: Vestel 17MB171
    S/N: 8792271 200224
    Date code: 2203
    Symptom: boot loop, Toshiba logo appears ~1 second, then restarts, LED alternates red/green

    TV reacts to USB stick (shows "UPGRADE ERROR" with empty file), so USB recovery method works.
    Need: upgrade_no_tvcertificate.pkg
