Hi!! have a Toshiba (Vestel board) with bootloop issue, tv starts, show Toshiba logo and a few seconds later restarts and again Toshiba logo.

Model: Toshiba 32wl3c63dg
Motherboard: Vestel 17MB181TC
Panel: VES315WNGB-L3-N92

Does anyone have the firmware for USB recovery?
