Looking for Recovery Firmware for Toshiba 58U2963DG (17MB130S / VES580QNDP)

My Toshiba 58U2963DG won’t boot anymore (standby LED flashing red/green, stuck in bootloop). I suspect a software issue and would like to try a USB recovery.
Device details:
Model: Toshiba 58U2963DG
Mainboard: Vestel 17MB130S
Panel: VES580QNDP
Does anyone have the correct Recovery Firmware (usb_auto_update.bin) or a complete package for this model/panel?

Yes, I already tried, but I had the wrong firmware for my TV, and it didn’t work.
