I have a problem with the Rain-Bird irrigation controller model ESP-RZXe
After switching it on after winter, it shows non-stop "STOP" and code 71
It behaves as if the sensor gives a signal that it is raining and should not water.
The problem is that the sinsor is ok, I also did a short circuit and it did not help.
Can someone measure the resistance on the sensor pins after disconnecting from the sensor?
I suspect resistor R44 I soldered it and it should be 2700 ohms but it is 3100.
I have checked the diode D1 it is functional.
I don't know where to look next
