Hello everyone, and a big thank you for your help.
I have a small problem with my RNS 315 car radio with integrated Bluetooth module in my 2010 Amarok (3C0035279, version 0010).
For some time now, the Bluetooth connects normally when I first start the vehicle, but when I stop the vehicle and restart it, the Bluetooth no longer connects, and I constantly get the "Start Phone..." message without it connecting.
I've tried everything: resetting the unit, removing the battery, and updating from version 0010 to 0011. Despite all these steps, there's still no result. The problem persists.

Car radio screen showing “Version info” menu with part reference “3C0035279”.
Car infotainment unit showing “Démarrage téléphone...” message on the screen
Close-up of a car navigation system screen showing version info and buttons labeled NAV, TRAFFIC, SETUP.

Heartfelt thank you greetings to everyone for your kindness.
Does this happen with only one phone or with several different phones, and what phone model/operating system are you using?
This happen with several different phones: Samsung S9 (Android 10, One UI 2.5), iPhone 11, iPhone 13 (iOS 26.4.2).
Have you checked the unit with VCDS/OBD for any fault codes, or noticed any other abnormal behavior (for example phone menu unavailable, Bluetooth cannot be turned on/off, or paired devices disappearing)?
No faults detected with VCDS/OBD, phone menu works, Bluetooth is on, and pairing is OK.

I haven't played with RNS315 but RNS510 doesn't connect when there are more than 10 devices paired it seems. You have to delete old phones from the list and reconnect.

    Good evening.
    Thank you for your reply.
But there is only one paired device currently; all the others have been removed.

    That's kind of you.
