I have a Delphi 250 FL car stereo, and an electronics technician ruined it. It used to turn on, but now it's completely unresponsive. He resoldered the two integrated circuits marked in the photos, and now the device is gone; it won't turn on. Can you help me?
Can you show the photos and tell us exactly which two ICs were resoldered/replaced (part numbers or board labels), and whether the technician only reheated the solder or actually changed the chips?
He removed the integrated circuit and put it back in; I don't know if he mixed things up or what, but it was working until then. I had the device turned on because of the noise.
After this happened, what checks have you done on the radio—fuse, 12 V power at the connector, any current draw, heating, smell, or any sign of life at all (display/backlight/click)?
The device used to turn on, but now it doesn't turn on at all.

Then why did you have the technician do anything? Did you give it to him to damage?

    What is the issue?

    Hello,
The pictures are of poor quality, initially check that e.g. the orientation of the circuits is correct, further that there are no short circuits between the leads. Did the device stop working immediately after the intervention of this technician or after time?
    Exactly what is the issue:
