Without a capacitor, the rotor will leave a trail behind it. 150 nF/250 with leads, in a plastic casing – the leads can be wires. It makes no difference; any electronics shop will stock them. TME, CONRAD or another. Alternatively, if there’s no shop nearby, have a look for a local household appliance repair service.
