FU FLA5021UH - Android storage full, need USB firmware for VES500QNFT-N2-Z01

I am looking for the original USB recovery firmware for the following TV:

Symptoms:

The TV boots normally, displays the Android logo and then reports that the internal storage is full. It cannot complete the boot process and the Android home screen never loads properly. Recovery mode is not accessible, so I would like to reinstall the firmware via USB.

I am not looking for a generic 17MB181 firmware, but for the correct software matching this panel.

If anyone has the original USB recovery package (or service firmware) for this combination, I would really appreciate it.

The package was extracted successfully and I copied upgrade_image_no_tvcertificate.pkg to the root of a FAT32 USB drive.

The TV detects the USB after Android boots, but the upgrade does not start.

Holding OK during power-on only boots Android in Safe Mode.

Could you please tell me the exact recovery procedure for this 17MB185Y / G32 board?

the exact procedure is
copy the file upgrade_image_no_tvcertificate.pkg on an empty usb stick
insert the usb stick in the tv
then plug the power cord: the recovery will start automatically

if it doesn't work, try renaming the file to MDS_upgrade_image_no_tvcertificate.pkg or VESTEL_OZUM_upgrade_image_no_tvcertificate.pkg
