Hitachi 43HAE4252 17MB171 - storage full, HDMI input restarts TV, need firmware

Hi!

I have a Hitachi 43HAE4252 TV.
The problem is cache is full. When the TV is turned on, it only writes this message: the space is full.
If I want to choose input HDMI (for example, connect to my PC), the TV restarts.

So I need a SW for this TV.

Can you write all information from the TV back label and from menu/service menu, especially current SW/firmware version, panel code, serial number, and Vestel profile number if you see it?

What did you already try: factory reset, clear cache/data, uninstall apps, USB firmware update, or service menu reset? Does the TV stay on if you do not choose HDMI?
Yes, TV is turned on if I don't choose HDMI, but it does not work.
Can't factory reset.
Can't service menu because the TV only writes not enough space.
