Silva Schneider LED 40.76 FTS - blinking standby LED, USB firmware for Vestel 23542144?

I have a Silva Schneider LED 40.76 FTS TV (with Vestel internals) that is stuck on a blinking standby LED and won't boot. I would like to try flashing it via USB. Here are the exact codes from the chassis and board:
Mainboard code (from sticker): 23542144
Display (LCM): VES395UNDC-2D-N42
Display serial/code: 23794897
Could anyone please share the Core / Recovery / USB update firmware (like ⁠upgrade_loader.pkg⁠) for this specific build?
