Vestel panel label showing model VES650QNTA-2W-U12 and barcode on a gray metal back cover Back label of a Hitachi 65HK6500 TV showing power ratings, warnings, and compliance logos
    Hello,
I'm trying to repair a Hitachi 65HK6500 TV that stopped working after a power surge (caused by a faulty power strip).
    TV details:

    Model: Hitachi 65HK6500
    Mainboard: Vestel 17MB130S
    Panel: VES650QNTA-2W-U12
Manufactured: 19/49 (week 49, 2019), made in Turkey

    Symptoms:

    Front LED blinks red continuously
    No backlight at all
Power supply board outputs correct voltage to the mainboard
Mainboard receives voltage correctly and heats up normally (so it seems powered/alive)
No image, no boot, no response to remote

    What I suspect:
Given the power surge context and that all voltages check out fine on both boards, I suspect firmware corruption on the mainboard rather than a hardware failure.
    What I'm looking for:

A firmware/NAND dump for this exact mainboard (17MB130S) compatible with panel VES650QNTA-2W-U12
Or the official USB recovery/update files (pkg/bin) for this chassis+panel combo
Any guidance on the correct blink-code meaning for this red LED pattern, if it corresponds to a specific error

I've seen dumps circulating for other Hitachi models on the same 17MB130S chassis (e.g. 50HK5000), so I'm hoping someone has one that matches this panel, or can point me to the right USB recovery package.
Thanks in advance for any help!
