Hi, I live in the UK and I have a TV called Krystel. It can receive DTV, but it only allows you to have 7-9 channels. For some reason, it doesn’t let u tune the channels. I have tried to export some of the system files and fix it with the help of AI; however, whatever I do it just doesn’t work, and I really need help. Could you guys help me please! Thank you.

I use an outdoor aerial. It only tunes in 7-9 channels and 10 radios, while other TVs can get up to 81 channels at the same spot.
