+ is a pin - it's a collar. I check it every time to be sure meter (This is not an attempt to honor you - you don't have a cigarette lighter, so you won't check ) If there was an outlet, then you might be offended :P Good luck with the assembly. Try to somehow insert the connector nicely and possibly the transmitter panel (if there is a reason)
