    Hello,
I have a question about the cigarette lighter socket in the car, which is in the trunk.
It is powered even after removing the keys from the car. I connected a video recorder to them and I would like the power supply to be cut off after removing the keys. My cigarette lighter socket has fuse no. 26. I also have fuse no. 33 - (from the panoramic roof, which I do not have), which gets electricity when you turn the keys.
For this purpose I bought a 12v 30A 5 pin relay. Unfortunately, I do not know how to connect it in the fuse box.
I looked through a few topics but I still don't fully understand everything.
    So, according to the markings
    - plug 85 - battery minus, i.e. it will be any point of the car's mass?
    - plug 86 - plus after the ignition switch, i.e. I have to take a plus from one of the two contacts that are in fuse number 33.
    - plugs 30 and 87 - cigarette lighter circuit interrupted, i.e. two pins placed next to each other in the place of fuse No. 26. So 30 will be plus, 87 - minus from socket No. 26
    Connecting a 12v 30A 5 Pin Relay to a Car's Fuse Box for a Cigarette Lighter Socket

What should I do with the minus that is left in fuse 33?

    Could I please help?

Fuse (s) are not connected to "minus"

The first two lines are correct.
In the third, you got confused.

I agree with the number 30, while you connect 87 to the device you want to power (as + power, ground is connected separately)

You take out the fuse that powers the cigarette lighter socket, two contacts are created in the one with a plus, you plug in 30 and 87 in the other. On pin 86 you give plus after the ignition. You don't change anything else.

What about a short circuit? :D

I only answered the questioner's proposal. If I were to do it, I would cut the positive wire towards the socket and solder two of the relay to it.
