    Hello!

I am interested in a 5x10mm^2 earth cable. The only thing that worries me is the addition "żo" - how does it differ from YKY without zo??? It seems to me that "żo" is multi-wire and YKY is one wire, of course x5. Are both of these cables suitable for home connection? Then the electricians would take it away from me.
The pre-meter protection is 25A and the connection will be approximately 62 m long. From what I counted, I have twice the load capacity.
    Or maybe I'm wrong?
    Regards

Explanation of the letter symbols of the cable: YKY - copper power cable (K) with PVC insulation (Y) and PVC sheath (Y) YKY-żo - as above, but with a green-yellow protective conductor YnKY - as above, but with a flame-retardant coating (Yn)

So they are both multi-wire? And they are suitable for a connection...

these are the same cables, they only differ in the color of the wire insulation,
the best one is the one with wires with yellow-green and blue insulation, i.e. the one with the zo marking,

at least check what colors the one without yellow has in the marking, if it is cheaper, which I doubt, you can also use it but it is necessary to mark the colors of the PE and N wires at the ends of the cable

the difference in colors is marked on the helukabel website.

the zo marking is a protective conductor, i.e. PE
