WItam, I decided to clean the mower so I turned off the carburetor and during the disassembly I was fired one part and I do not know where and how to mount it.

There is no element that would control the throttle and probably this wire is for this but I have no idea how to mount it, maybe someone has such a mower and would take a few photos.

OK, thanks to this I found it and I made it, but honestly, I do not understand the rules of rotation regulation in this engine because the gas line does not affect throttles at all.

and I have a question whether the mower I have in the ignition system has a capacitor ??? because the spark is so weak in general, the mower does not fire even without a completely zero sign of life and in the autumn it worked without a problem, the oil was always normal.

Maybe start from replacing the old fuel with a new one, like stupidity, but I also had a problem with firing the mower on the fuel left by the winter. After sinking and flooding the new one without a problem.
