Hello, I have a mower with a Tecumseh Prisma 37 engine. I would like to make a go-kart out of this engine. Is it difficult to convert such an engine? Some good tutorial. Thanks in advance.

Such a motor is not suitable. Look for an engine with WSK or MZ if you want to get into such constructions. There are tons of videos about building karts on YouTube.
