A familiar glue speaker narka jbl used as a binder glue droplet. He glued it so unfortunately that he glued the coil to the magnet. My question is what to dissolve about the glue.

I don't have access to the chemical shop. Where to find acetone in everyday life?

I know there is such a mixture of ethanol and acetone. Used in construction. The price is about PLN 120 for 5 liters. I can give the name in the evening.

But I doubt it is possible. The components of the "droplets" are very similar to those in the mounting foams. A solvent based on cyano compounds. It uses moisture from the air and moisture from the surface for bonding.
As long as wet glue (foam) is acetone or PVC pipe glue cleaner. When it dries up, it's only mechanical.

You can get acetone at the DIY store.

Damn it - pure acetone is on the list of so-called precursors, purchase only for the company, for the purposes of the conducted activity. It remains to look for a good nail polish remover - undiluted acetone, without any cosmetic additives.

Buy a PVC cleaner. (installation of PVC pipes, before gluing, you clean with a cleaner) - acetone is its main component. At OBI, about PLN 13.

robokop I do not know what your rules and customs are, but a few days ago I was buying acetone in a local art store. renovation. It stands on a shelf in half-liter bottles together with other solvents, gasoline and denatured alcohol. Whoever wants to buy, here you go! And let me add, I'm from B-slope.

MARCIN is right and I thought so too, but I preferred to wait for the statements of others because maybe someone managed to unstick the "droplet". But even in such a logic as a droplet "binds" as a result of reaction with moisture and not evaporation of the solvent, no solvent does will dissolve.

Buy a CA adhesive debonder - available at modeling stores.
I bought it from the HobbyKing store - it works brilliantly (15ml of glue spilled on the countertop) - everything came off without damaging the surface ....

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the challenge of removing a glue droplet that has bonded a coil to a magnet in a JBL Narka speaker. Various solutions are proposed, primarily focusing on the use of acetone, which can dissolve the glue but may also damage the coil's insulation. Alternatives such as nail polish remover and PVC cleaner, which contain acetone, are suggested for those unable to access pure acetone. Users also mention the potential ineffectiveness of solvents once the glue has dried, as it may bond through moisture rather than solvent evaporation. A recommendation for a CA adhesive debonder from modeling stores is also provided as a viable solution.
