As is the case with one of the parameters of the oven, the so-called Power Connection.
If the manufacturer specifies 3.5 kW of connected power, it means that it is the sum of the power of all heating elements, fans and lighting that are in the oven. Is it sometimes not the maximum power from one of the heating elements (e.g. only a double grill)?

    Cheers

The greatest power is achieved by the strongest element or combinations of elements. So the highest power consumed by the oven is 3.5 kW

So let's assume theoretically that if there are elements in the oven, for example:
    - lower heater - 1000W
    - upper heater - 800W
    - infrared grill - 1700W
    - double grill - 3500W
then the sum of the power is 7000W.
However, I do not use all the heating elements at the same time, but only individually. So from the previous post it follows that the connection power is 3500W, which is a double grill.

    I mean right ????

Do you have the option to turn on all the elements at the same time? I do not think so. Can the grill and some other elements be turned on? If not, you have good reasoning.

I cannot turn on all the elements, but before buying an oven, I wanted to make sure that my electrical system will last.

    Thanks for the help.

This is what it looks like in terms of the power provided by ZE.

    POWER CONNECTION

The highest active power consumed by the customer specified in the relevant contract between the supplier and the customer

For your oven, it is a minimum of 3.5 kW, but that's not all, there are other receivers probably in this facility. :D

    Regards.
You correctly understand the maximum that this device takes in the most energy-consuming combination.

In a single-phase installation, the current is about 15.2A. A minimum cable of 3x 2.5mm? is recommended. Of course, copper.
