abbreviation tbsp, lb in the recipe :) how much is it?

Hello
Please help, I have a recipe in English in which everything is described by some strange units, could someone translate them into their native Poland? Here they are: "lb" "tbsp" "cup"? The cup is more of a mug, but what about the rest?
Ps: please do not delete, I had nowhere to ask

"tbsp" - short for table spoon
"lb" is a pound, roughly our 0.5 kg.
"cup" - as you wrote, possibly a cup.
