good old fridge. Something wrong with her? outside (at the top of the cabinet) you have three lights: green: powered on, yellow: continuous operation of the freezer unit (max working time is 24 hours. After that, switch-next to- turn off the lamp, red too warm in the freezer. freezer thermostat: '1' the warmest, i.e. at most -15 C. Inside the refrigerator compartment there is a refrigerator thermostat knob. MIN or '1' (I do not remember) is the warmest, i.e. about 10 C. If necessary, I will look for the original manual - scan .

Thanks for the answer. Well, my problem is that I have a refrigerator thermometer in the refrigerator and regardless of the setting of the thermostat knob, I do not observe significant differences in temperature. Usually it oscillates between 5 and 9 degrees.

And in the freezer, when I set the knob to 1.5, I reached a temperature of (-11) degrees C.

    Regards

the temperatures are fairly correct, it also depends where you measure them, how do you set the thermostat knob, in these models the thermostat liked to fall in different ways, so maybe it's time? ;)

And how with this instruction ?? because I also wanted to have one because I have CZ 340 but I do not have instructions ...

PS. is it normal for the orange lamp to be on all the time and the green and red not (red, I know that it should not be on :) )

To properly measure the temperature in the refrigerator, put e.g. a jar of water and after 24 hours. measure the temperature in the water and you will be sure that the products have this temperature. You can move the jar to different shelves and assess where it is the coolest (it should be on the lower shelf). Measurement in air is very imprecise.
Similarly, you can measure the temperature in the freezer, remembering to use antifreeze liquid, e.g. denatured alcohol or ordinary vodka, instead of water.
As for the lamps in the CZ340 (only for the freezer):
    - orange signals that the operation is super (the switch is turned on), the freezer works all the time! In normal operation, it should be off. ie the lamp is off.
    - red indicates too high (too warm) temperature in the freezer. When the on temperature is reached, it should be off, which means it is OK.
-green should glow all the time, but knowing this model, after a few years it shines fainter and weaker, and finally it does not shine at all. The lamp has no effect on the operation of the freezer.

In fact, the temperature measurement sometimes floats, and the green light is no longer visible during the day. Probably the light bulb underneath has a blackened bulb.

Unfortunately, there are no instructions for this model at the address provided. There is a PCB 340 A + model, not a CZ 340.

    Hello
The red alarm lamp goes off after reaching -18 and turns on if the temperature rises above -18, the thermostat controlling this lamp has a very low ?t. One more stars on the refrigerators are not for decoration, they only mean the temperature in the freezer compartment, each star is
6 degrees minus and an asterisk in a separate square is the quick freeze chamber.

Topic summary

Users are seeking the user manual for the POLAR CZ 340 refrigerator, discussing various operational issues and temperature settings. One user reports inconsistent temperature readings in both the refrigerator and freezer compartments, while others provide insights on the function of indicator lights: green indicates power, yellow signals continuous operation, and red warns of high temperatures. A link to download the manual was shared, but it appears to lead to a different model (PCB 340 A+). Users also discuss methods for accurately measuring internal temperatures using jars of water and the significance of the star rating system for freezer temperatures.
