I'm sorry Mr. Peter (my name)
But unfortunately I do not have instructions because I did not get it when I bought it and this fridge is for the German market and I speak German no chu chu.
This is the easiest way to diagnose the refrigerator?

    Let's not panic yet :)
Maybe there is too much stuff in the refrigerator or it is opened too often. This effect may occur when the ambient temperature is too high or too low.

    Hello gentlemen.
I will come back to the topic because I have the same problem. Freezer (RFNE312E23W), apart from the displayed messages, is ok. Turns on, works, cools down to over -20 ° V degrees, turns off etc. The display alternately shows: -18 ° V , degrees Celsius and a red exclamation mark, 20 ° V and a red exclamation point. Under the displayed indications, it burns as if a crossed-out green resistor.

Can you help me what is the cause of this failure and how to fix this error?

Do you have a third measured chamber? Some zone with a different temp somehow called by marketers?
Are the settings displayed or the measured temperature? As the measured temperature is displayed, the display usually blinks with the setting and it can be changed and then returns to displaying the measured temperature.
    Read the manual.
I shoot that there is a problem with the temperature sensor in this third chamber.

Thanks for the answer. This is a drawer freezer (1 compartment). The views shown in the photos flash alternately in a circle. The set temperature is -22 ° C this is what the freezer does, and when it is reached, it turns off. As the temp rises it turns on. I conclude that this number 20 may be some error code, but what does it mean? I can set the temperature and everything is ok.

Nothing in the user manual? Error codes are probably only in the service center.
Search the net. Maybe there will be. Or maybe one of your colleagues will be pleased to post it?
By the way. The topic is about the REFRIGERATOR and you:

This is misleading. Don't you think?

I looked on the net and did not find it, therefore I connected to the topic of the same, I suppose, a fault. The fact that it's a freezer, but I didn't want to duplicate the faults. If I have misled it, I apologize. Admin will probably move it into the appropriate category. I do not have an instruction, and what is online is not in PL. Thanks again for your willingness to help (brewery) :) . I hope that Someone will find out and share their knowledge of what this error means.

Give a link or better paste the file into the post.
If it's in English, I'll help.

    Hello,
I have the same problem with my Beko freezer.
    Did you find the solution?

    Thank you.

Topic summary

✨ The discussion revolves around a Beko RCNA365E32DZX refrigerator displaying an intermittent exclamation mark on its screen, despite functioning normally. Users suggest potential causes, including overloading the fridge, frequent door openings, or ambient temperature fluctuations. One participant mentions a similar issue with a Beko RFNE312E23W freezer, indicating that the display shows alternating temperatures and a red exclamation mark, possibly linked to a temperature sensor malfunction. The lack of a user manual complicates troubleshooting, with suggestions to search online for error codes or manuals. Participants express a need for shared knowledge regarding error meanings and solutions.

FAQ

TL;DR: Users reported 3 likely causes for the flashing exclamation: door use, overloading, or room temperature. As one helper put it, “Let’s not panic yet.” This FAQ shows quick checks and manual links to clear the alert. [Elektroda, Piotr2608, post #16936638]

Why it matters: It helps owners quickly decide between simple setup fixes and a real fault, without guessing or calling service.

Quick Facts

What does the flashing exclamation mark on a Beko RCNA365E32DZX usually mean?

It’s an alarm indicator. Helpers noted it often appears with normal cooling when usage or environment causes stress: frequent door opening, overloading, or room temperature outside the appliance’s climate band. “Let’s not panic yet.” Reduce these factors and monitor. [Elektroda, Piotr2608, post #16936638]

My display cycles −18, a red exclamation, “20,” and a crossed‑out green resistor. What does that screen mean?

Owners documented this exact sequence. It is an alert cycle that alternates the temperature readout with an alarm symbol and a resistor‑like icon. The post does not confirm a code definition, only that the freezer still cools. Capture a photo for service if it persists. [Elektroda, lopesa, post #18073842]

Is the number “20” an official Beko error code?

A user suspected “20” was an error, but no official mapping was confirmed in the thread. The unit allowed temperature changes and worked. Check your model’s manual and service documentation to verify codes. [Elektroda, lopesa, post #18074053]

Does the alarm mean my freezer isn’t cooling?

Not necessarily. One owner set −22 °C and the freezer reached it, cycled off, then back on as temperature rose. Cooling performance was normal despite the alert sequence. Validate with a standalone thermometer to be sure. [Elektroda, lopesa, post #18074053]

Quick fix: how do I reduce nuisance alarms without calling service?

Try this: 1) Space items for airflow and avoid blocking vents. 2) Minimize door openings during pull‑down. 3) Keep room temperature within the appliance’s rated climate range. These actions addressed many alarm cases in the thread. [Elektroda, Piotr2608, post #16936638]

Where can I get the Beko RFNE/RCNA user manual if mine wasn’t included?

A participant shared an active online manual link for RFNE models. Use it to check symbols, climate class, and alarms. If your exact model differs, search the same portal for the correct variant. [Elektroda, lopesa, post #18074149]

Could a temperature sensor fault trigger the exclamation mark?

Yes. A helper suggested a faulty sensor in an additional chamber or zone can cause alarms and alternating displays. “Read the manual” to confirm display modes, then consider sensor checks if symptoms continue. [Elektroda, jack63, post #18073911]

Is this issue limited to refrigerators, or do freezers show it too?

Both appeared in the thread. The OP had a refrigerator, and later posts described a drawer freezer. Symptoms can look similar, which can confuse troubleshooting, so match advice to your model. [Elektroda, jack63, post #18074077]

What temperatures did users report during the alarm sequence?

One owner reported the display alternating around −18 °C and showing −20 alongside the exclamation icon and a resistor symbol. That appliance still cooled and cycled normally. Use these values as symptom examples, not specifications. [Elektroda, lopesa, post #18073842]

How do I tell if the display shows setpoint or measured temperature?

A helper noted many units briefly blink the setpoint when you change it, then return to the measured temperature. Observe the sequence after adjustments to identify which is which. [Elektroda, jack63, post #18073911]

I didn’t receive a manual at purchase. What should I do now?

That happened to the OP as well. Download the correct manual for your market language, then verify symbols and ratings there. Keep a copy handy for future reference and service visits. [Elektroda, baranxd13, post #16936586]

Was a final fix posted for this exact alert?

No clear end‑solution was posted. Years later, another owner asked if anyone had resolved it, which suggests outcomes varied by model or cause. Document your behavior and contact support if basics don’t help. [Elektroda, alexandrumarincatali, post #20229574]
