    Hello colleagues.

I need a program that can do something like this, or some simple "recipe". How to print a very large photo on several A4 sheets?
    Let's say the photo has a size of 150 x 100 cm.

The idea is to print them on a few sheets, cut them, stick them together and enjoy the large format.

I do not hide, the matter is quite urgent.
    Thanks and regards.

Most standard printer drivers can do this. Just open an image, select print, and when the print window pops up, choose your preferences. There should be an option to print on several sheets.

Well. It is not as simple as it may seem.
Using Photoshop - I can reduce the size of the image - is not an option, I can print one specific part.

Ps. Such a number to put into Word and print it is also not possible, because this program also cannot cope with such a large picture.

I used to have a applet, but it was a few years ago ...

    Are you sure??
Most "standard drivers" do, but they can put a few pages on one sheet of paper, not a part of a page on the entire sheet.

As for the main plot, it must have been some kind of wall mural software or something like that. Did you search on google?

That's what it is all about - a kind of photo wallpaper, but I already have a file of the right size - size x * y and the appropriate resolution. The poster making programs make a number such that they enlarge the image and "dots" appear. The enlarged image is clearly visible from a distance of about 5 meters. I am only 1.5 meters from the window in the shop window, then the street behind it is a huge hedge and a sidewalk. As the customer walks past the window, the printed image will look like a colored mosaic from his point of view. It will be clearly visible from the street, but it is too busy, and you cannot see the other sidewalk because there is this "Hedge"

It is with stripes and cuts, I see it on average - but if there is no other way, the ball will have fun.

Maybe a stupid statement - but paint can even do that. Haven't you tried? Preview and print settings - separate large files into multiple sheets. In fact, every graphics program Corel7 offered, by itself, large scaled images printed like banners on several sheets without any need to impose any mesh. I remember that in Corel I struggled more with a good rescaling of a too large drawing to A4, but when we were making posters and slogans for the school anniversary, he printed it without any problems.

Some time passed, but no specific answer was given.

We do it like this, Paint  print  (in the print window) Preferences  (in the printing preferences pane) Advanced  poster printing, we choose the dimensions we are interested in, and that's it :D
It is not said that this is only in Paint, but in every program in the print settings.

I hope it will be useful to someone :)

    Easy Poster Printer (EPP)
Free, prints great, 30 seconds and we have divided the image into the number of pages we want.
    Works under Win 10

Provided that the printer driver supports the printing of posters. If it doesn't, then bryndza.

Topic summary

To print a large photo (150x100 cm) on multiple A4 sheets, users can utilize various software solutions and techniques. Standard printer drivers may allow for multi-sheet printing, but specific applications like Corel Draw and Paint offer more control over the process. Corel Draw can print large images by using registration marks for cutting, while Paint provides a poster printing option in its advanced settings. Easy Poster Printer (EPP) is another recommended free software that efficiently divides images into desired page sizes. Users should ensure their printer driver supports poster printing to avoid limitations. Cutting and aligning the printed sheets is necessary due to non-printable areas on standard printers.
