It will be necessary to set the print size correctly. In PS CS5 it will be: Image tab -> Image size And then in the dialog box, the Document size section and check there if the dimensions are correct, i.e. 27x18cm or 18x27cm (correct if they are too large or too small). Also, make sure the options for enlarging small documents to paper size or borderless printing are not enabled in the printer driver. What other program did you print in and it didn't come out?

I also tried CoverXP but it didn't work either. In PS, I only set the image and image size in the tab. I will check what you wrote now
