where to download windows XP MUI Language Pack PL from Microsoft?

I have such a file for windows English: "Windows_XP_MUI_Pack_PL.exe" size 98 437 266 bytes (works :)

However, I received information from the OEM windows supplier (HP) that in order for the system to remain legal, it must be a language pack downloaded from the MS website, and I cannot find one there (only patches for specific parts of the system) on this hopeless monopolist's website.

Cooperation with the machine on the MS hotline is also a nightmare, and even if I get in touch, they'll probably piss me off because it's OEM. Does anyone know where to download it or how to check if the file I have is from MS? Or rather, the "giant" makes things difficult

So this package I have is probably one made by users.
gsm the first link is only an update to SP3 and the second seems to be more interesting but there is no Polish to choose from (if it is to be the target language or rather it looks like it), then once or twice, even if another one tries, it lands on this picture (nothing appears for download):

So summing up the topic, to translate your XP system in English (by default also in other language), the easiest way is to download the 94mb installation, which I mentioned in the first post (torrents and more, look for "Windows_XP_MUI_Pack_PL" in quotes). If there is a problem with finding, please contact me on priv. This translates the system into, say, 90%, probably also possible on the XP Home edition , but it is not issued by MS or - apparently - fully legal .

From MS there is no such "patch" available, even for what I have found, except for "emerging countries". For these languages, including Spanish and Slovak, there is a so-called LIP from MS available free of charge at this link:

However, what Microsoft releases to, among others Polish is the so-called MUI and these are only 6-disc separate editions of the system (Below is a quote from MS website) and only for XP professional

..and it does not necessarily have to be new and under warranty, and it does not have to be payable (this was the case in one case of HP business series in Poland). It also does not hurt to call the distributor / producer in the country and ask.
