Hello
I want to buy a Windows 10 license for a new computer that I ordered for the office. OEM licenses sold on Allegro are a multitude at various prices. I skip offers with Dreamspark / MSDN keys from abroad and without invoices. The Microsoft license says clearly that you can't move a system once activated to another computer, even after previous uninstallation, and buying a non-Polish version of the system and using it in Polish is also a violation of license terms (regarding Windows Home and Pro). However, the EP directive on copyright and its Polish implementation says otherwise (Article 51 (3)), according to which these Microsoft provisions are unlawful.
So when buying the system at, for example, this auction: (http://allegro.pl/microsoft-windows-10-pro-pl-microsoft-partner-coa-i6775066860.html), will it be legal? I will have a key on the invoice so "some" guarantee that this one was not installed on a computer other than mine.
There is no this at the auction but CoA, the sticker added to this key is removed from Dell and Toshiba computers and I have a computer I have made myself. In this case, does it come under the EEA directive?
