The plus is usually inside that plug.

Usually the minus is on the outer ring a + inside. However, there are exceptions and it may be the other way around (but it is a rarity and it is usually quite strongly marked, for example on the charger itself) - it is worth looking at the markings of the device that this power supply supplies

Hello!

I have a power supply with a plug like in the picture.
