Checking at two stations, I can't refuel gas at all, the gun immediately bounces as if the cylinder was full and it is definitely not full, I think I have 5 liters of gas in the cylinder yet. The tip shows that it is full of gas and it is not. I checked the copper ones tubes, none of them are bent. When I'm at home, I can take a picture of this multivalve.

Could this be due to some valve failure?
    it practically happened overnight.

How do I go about disassembling the multivalve?

I have Landi Renzo 2nd generation installations with a multi-valve screwed to the gas cylinder.

    will you help? ;)

The multivalve is locked in the MAX position. To unscrew the multivalve, you need to 1-empty the tank - it is best to leave the gas to the end (the safest option) 2-unscrew the multivalve and assess the cause of the malfunction, e.g. under compressed air pressure. If you do not have experience in the subject - DO NOT RISK - let the LPG service do the work. A new multi-valve gasket will be needed. Good luck Maciek.

Hello, I just disassembled the multivalve several times, with your problem I would do so
    1. turn off the multivalve with an empty cylinder, if not, slowly loosen the screws until you hear gas flowing out, of course open all car doors, trunk lid and engine hatch for safety
    2. after draining the gas, unscrew the gas multivalve and take it out, move the float which is of course trimmed and blow everything with compressed air.
    3. assemble everything, remembering only to tighten the screws crosswise, it should be fine. After refueling gas, check the tightness of all connections, if you don't have anything, use soap and water.

    Thanks for the replies.

I have leftover gas so I think tomorrow or the day after tomorrow it will end and I'll get to work!

I'll report back to the forum on how it went :)

ps. I don't like paying PLN 150 for the repair of this and they shouted so much in Łódź. I prefer to take matters into my own hands :)

Carefully check the check valve if there is no resistance, because if you have to polish it so that it goes freely, the rest as colleagues described.

what to go to the site for? if you're smart enough, don't go to any service center, because it's usury in broad daylight. I don't understand how it is possible, all the goats who charge so much money for the diagnosis itself, and some have to spend half a day on the sheet to have the same hourly rate as those idlers from diagnostics. if you don't want to get robbed in half an hour of work, go to a nearby mechanic with some alcohol, show what's going on, talk, make a multivalve in two, give 50 zlotys and you have a friend's service from Mon to Fri at least.

just like the colleague above, I believe that some mechanic services are usury in broad daylight! I gave the car to the mechanic only twice, as I couldn't do it myself and I know that I do it only as a last resort because the prices or fairy tales they invent wanting to screw the "young" because they think that they don't know each other are a misunderstanding.

As for the repair, a few hits with a rubber hammer on the multivalve and part of the wheel above it helped and the pointer moved from max to almost zero. I drove to the station and refueled normally. If it happens again, I will disassemble and try to fix it ;)

    thanks everyone for the replies.

Hello, I still have such a small hint and maybe you have a damaged gas infusion, a common cause. There is a spring inside, if it is dirty, it stops, of course, if no one has picked it up and put in another one, there is also a steel ball that is supposed to be clean, but your problem is definitely not in your case.

    Added after 6 [minutes]:

As my colleagues write, try it yourself, if you can't, then go to some "last resort" service, I was once at a Fiat Dealership and they canceled me so that I won't go there again.
