I join the question. In my case, the cable is broken somewhere or something with a plug, because the speakers do not want to play, only when I move it.

I desoldered the socket in the subwoofer and soldered the cable permanently, and everything works fine.

I did not have a schematic, but I had a plug, so I cut the cable at the plug, put the plug with a piece of cable into the socket with a meter, measured the transitions from the cables to the PCB and then soldered the cable to the PCB using the colors.

You may need a color description cable / plug from the satellite to the sub.

I fought for some time myself, until I managed to borrow a different pair and now they are playing (the plug costs PLN 6)

Were different cable colors used on the same speaker model (A200)? Strange. If not, it looks like your schedule is different, strange, incorrect?
Unfortunately, I don't see a yellow wire or an orange wire.

It's time to clearly indicate the answer where to connect these cables in the A200 set.

    Also:
The subwoofer jack is named: MD-90SM ( see specification )
The plug for this socket is called: MD-90 ( see specification )

    Colors on the plug:

    No. 4 - Empty - Not used
No. 5 and 1 can be short-circuited or connected only to 5, and 1 should be left unused
    No. 2 and 3 can be short-circuited

    Hello,
On the basis of one pair of A200 that I unscrewed and tested with a meter, I repaired another pair of hence a drawing that may be useful to someone.
I don't know if Creative has released a different color scheme in an earlier or later release ....
My two pairs were identical and I was able to easily replace the second pair with a new plug bought on the Allegro, everything sounded as it should.
    greetings

view of the plug from the "plugging" side into the socket, not from the soldering side ;-)
"copper" cable ground, solder to the border of the plug

It's hard to see the old tip yourself because it is flooded with glue from the gun,

It works, maybe it will be useful to someone

Hello and I apologize in advance for playing archaeologist, but I have a problem with my Creative a200 speakers, i.e. the plug broke.
Sasni wrote that the name of this plugin is md-90, jan0404 and that it is mdc-009, mini. Don't hit me, I'm a complete layman, but the mdc 009 plug from the given link will not fit the a200? Will there be?

Today I was in an RTV and household appliances repair shop, the Lord with a stupid smile asked for PLN 50 for the repair, stating additionally that I would not find such a plug anywhere. My penis may not be dangling between my legs, but I can tell when someone is trying to roll me out.

Please tell me how it is with these plugs.

Hello, I propose to do the same as I just solder the cable permanently to the board, some familiar electrician or DIY enthusiast will do it for the proverbial beer. As for men in (household appliances repairs), they have EU rates. Regards.

I managed to straighten the wires by hand so that they fit into the socket. Which does not change the fact that it would be appropriate to dig in the plug (some cable is probably not touching, one speaker does not work), I do not know what it looks like inside, so far I am not doing it. For now, it is enough for at least one subwoofer and one speaker to work. Unfortunately, I was so stupid that I cut the plug with a piece of cable, unaware that I would not get something like this in the store.

And now I'm sitting and sticking the cables together, and every single one is smaller ...
Unfortunately, I don't know any DIY enthusiasts, or anyone who could help me, so I just have to figure it out.

Thanks for the quick reply, best regards.

The three-dimensional model of the MD-90 plug can be found under the following. lookup. Link
Arctic66 - if your colors are the same as in my list, you have to somehow try to fix the cables permanently to the board.
