    Hello
I am asking dear forum members for help.
My problem arose when, during a kitchen renovation, I outsourced electrical work to an electrician by accident. He connected the installation in such a way that when certain devices are connected to the socket, electricity appears in the grounding wire (the pin in the socket). This situation is caused by, for example, a dishwasher and a microwave oven, but not a kettle or a fridge. I check it with an ordinary tester (a screwdriver with a light). When I touch the pin with my finger, nothing happens, but when I touch, for example, the metal part of the dishwasher and the water installation pipe, I feel an unpleasant "kick", but it is not as strong as touching the phase.

I would like to ask for advice if there is any non-invasive solution to this problem. Unfortunately, I already have tiles on the walls.
I will add that I am not an electrician and I am asking for advice in "lopathological" terms.
Thank you in advance for all replies.

First, let me tell you that an ordinary test tube sometimes lies. Get yourself a cord, and when it comes to checking and correcting the installation, I suggest calling an electrician (by profession or education, not by accident)

The specialist did not connect the protective wire(s). If there is grounding/zeroing, there cannot be any voltage on the pins, and even more so nothing can "kick". First, you need to go to the board and see what goes with what. If everything is OK, open the boxes one by one and hope that he hasn`t made a connection somewhere in the wall. If you have no idea about this, it will be cheaper and safer if you entrust it to a real electrician.

Unfortunately, I don`t have any boxes, all the connections are plastered, and the whole thing is connected to one of the sockets that was already in this room.
However, a thought occurred to me: all the sockets are connected to each other, so if I connected the grounding of one of them to a water or central heating pipe, would it help?
As in the previous post, I would like to point out that I am not an electrician and please don`t laugh if this idea seems stupid.

Because this idea is stupid, I would even say idiotic. Water pipe installations must not be grounded.
The only advice for you is to invite an electrician.

    Hello.
If you have a TN-C installation, all protective pins in the sockets should be connected to the PEN cable.

    Regards.

Connecting it to the radiator will only cause your neighbor and your neighbor to kick it unpleasantly!!!

And this kick can even transport your neighbor to the afterlife - straight, for example, to Santa Claus or, as others believe, to the land of non-existence. :D

Topic summary

During a kitchen renovation, an electrician improperly connected the electrical installation, resulting in voltage appearing in the grounding wire when certain appliances, like a dishwasher and microwave, are used. The user experiences a mild electric shock when touching the metal parts of these appliances and a water pipe. Forum members suggest that the protective grounding wires were not correctly connected, and emphasize the importance of consulting a qualified electrician to resolve the issue. They warn against using water pipes for grounding, as it can create dangerous situations. The discussion highlights the need for proper electrical installation and safety measures.
