    Hello,

I am asking for help in connecting the Electrolux EHD 60150P induction hob and confirming that I am thinking correctly.

I have a cable coming out of the wall with a 5-core cube (yellow-green, blue, gray, brown, black), while the induction hob has a 4-core cable (yellow-green, blue, brown and black). Is it enough to connect the color to the color (black to black etc.) in accordance with the attached diagram and photos, and the gray wire in the cube remains empty (e.g. to use the oven connection)? I would like to add that on the ankle, the tester shows current on the brown and black veins. Is the board connected to 2 phases according to the diagram? I have a 3-phase installation at home.

    Thank you for your answer.

from the wall Ci comes out L1, L2 L3 red, black and gray blue in the wall is N and green and yellow is PE (i.e. ground) and in the board you have black L1 and brown L2 blue N and green and yellow PE. You connect as I described to you, i.e. PE in a PE board in a cube; N in the plate to N in the cube and the rest of the phases are left to you no matter how you connect it, for example: Brown on the plate to red in the cube, black in the plate to black in the cube and the plate connected. You have gray 1 spare phase to spare ;)

Yes, the board "needs" a power supply for two phases, and a wire "N" and "PE". Install a box n / to IP min. 44 (necessarily), connect as you wrote. Before that, however, you should check what the protection for this circuit is (and what the board "needs"), and check the continuity of N and PE conductors, because there is always a risk that one of them is not connected in the switchgear. You have to be absolutely sure.

Thank you for your quick reply and advice. I already have the tin :-) I will add that the apartment has a new installation and it has been checked, there is a separate cable for the stove from the switching station with a switch.

And what is the protection (circuit breaker) for this wire (circuit)?
