How to make potato flour yourself?

Hello. To pass the chemistry, I have to make potato flour myself from potatoes. I don't know any details, no hints from the teacher, etc. I thought it was easy, I will google it and I will have the recipe, but I've been looking for 20 minutes and nothing! Agree, grate quite thick (eg for fi = 8mm), squeeze out the "juice", you can wait for the starch to settle a little on the bottom, drain the water from above, and dry the rest.
