Hello. To pass the chemistry, I have to make potato flour myself from potatoes. I don't know any details, no hints from the teacher, etc. I thought it was easy, I will google it and I will have the recipe, but I've been looking for 20 minutes and nothing! I don't know if I'm so unlucky that I can't find it, if the reaction of receiving this flour has a special name or something.

So, can someone help me and tell me how to make potato flour at home? Will I do it for one day (on Monday)?

I am asking for help and best regards

This is something, but I can ask for an even more detailed description, production time, how to wipe hard, how to dry, etc.? I started it too late and I don't have time for individual experiments.

Agree, grate quite thick (eg for fi = 8mm), squeeze out the "juice", you can wait for the starch to settle a little on the bottom, drain the water from above, and dry the rest.

Managed to :) The flour is kind of greyish and not so soft, but it's always something.

    Thanks and regards
