There is no universal formula for such a protocol. Each electricity supplier determines the content of such a protocol himself.
However, the protocol for technical verification of the connection usually includes (quoted from the SEP forum):
- Recipient's declaration that he has legal measurement results and
documents approving the internal installation for operation + application for
connection to the network,
- technical data of existing devices,
- technical data of connected devices,
- situational sketch
- confirmation of technical inspection of the connection (type, numbering of poles,
length of a connector, line spans, type of apparatus, lightning arresters, resistance
earthing, cross-section number of conductors, others, if not included in the PT connection),
- command to install the measuring system,
- confirmation of the first control of the measuring system,
- confirmation of the Recipient that the seals of the Office of Measures are intact.
