Hello. I’ve recently become interested in smart homes and their systems. I also have some questions about where to find information on the subject; there isn’t much online (mostly manufacturers promoting their own solutions), and I haven’t found any relevant literature in libraries either.........

My university professor used to say time and again – and I find it hard to disagree with him – that there is no such thing as a ‘smart home’. A home can be ‘programmed’. It’s as if I were to say that every one of my control cabinets is ‘smart’. And that’s only because there’s a PLC inside it.

Hello.
I’ve recently become interested in smart homes and their systems.

So where should I start? Do you perhaps know of any books worth buying??
Any specialist websites, etc.? I’d be grateful for any information.
