I have scx = 4600, but my adventures may help.
For me, the situation was that my sister installed a patch for me (or actually agreed to update the firmware) although I can not give a hand or head for it because I have no evidence of what has been updated but for sure something has updated because I saw the message on successful installation (and wished to turn on the printer during the update). Therefore, the patches sucked from the electrode caused an error on the printer and in the dosu window during installation on all windows I had at hand. I gave up thinking it was the fault of this update and I thought that I would wait for a new fix because foreign forums redirected to the electrode (along with advice on where and how to register

).
For almost a year there was a folder with a fix and a YT movie on my desktop, how to take the toner apart ... until that fateful night! {THUNDER}
I needed to print a few pages, and I didn't have a chip with available copies ... so I opened the depths of the folder on the desktop, did everything as stated in the manual, treating each file as administrator (I have win7) and the printer greeted me with a familiar error message ... BUT dosowe a popup said successful completion

So I put in the starter toner (because it had a sticky chip, and the regenerated one was not) and unfortunately the printer told me to disconnect ...
Then I peeled off the tape and the printer came to life ...
Admittedly, when I turn it on, it asks for toner replacement, but I take the arrow to the side and choose "Continue" and prints without any reservations. In the report, in place of the number of copies made, it does not show any number.
