Hi, does anyone know how to reset the printer software or run some bootloader mode in the printer?
After upgrading to SCX3405W_V3.00.02.05, the printer remains on the power button and the green status icon.
It does not respond to connecting to USB or attempting to turn on.

Any idea what can be done ??
    maybe re-update the firmware?

It sounds like your printer might be stuck in a boot loop or experiencing a firmware issue after the upgrade. Resetting the printer's software or accessing bootloader mode may require specific steps depending on the make and model of your printer.

Here are some general steps you can try:

Power Cycling: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for a few minutes, and then plug it back in. This simple step can sometimes resolve minor software glitches.

Factory Reset: Many printers have a factory reset option in their settings menu. Look through your printer's user manual or online documentation to find out how to perform a factory reset. This will revert the printer back to its original settings.

Bootloader Mode: Bootloader mode is often accessed by pressing specific buttons while powering on the printer. However, entering this mode can vary depending on the printer model. Again, refer to your printer's manual or online resources for instructions on how to access bootloader mode.

Firmware Reinstallation: If the firmware upgrade caused the issue, reinstalling the firmware might help. Check the manufacturer's website for instructions on how to reinstall firmware on your specific printer model.

Contact Support: If you're unable to resolve the issue on your own, reaching out to the manufacturer's customer support may be your best option. They can provide you with personalized assistance and guidance based on your printer's make and model.

Always be cautious when performing any troubleshooting steps, especially when it involves firmware or software changes, as incorrect actions could potentially damage your printer further.
