    Hello,
I have been struggling with it for a good half a day ... It's similar to this spring. Is there any patent to fit it to the mower cord starter (nac model)?
I try this way: I put the outer part of the spring with a hook in this plastic circle (which winds the line on it) and then put the rest of the spring on. So far it goes without any problem. The ring has a spring in it. But how to connect the other end (the inner one) with the slot in the combined housing?
I try to blindfold this slot and wind it up, but it ends with an explosion and I have to rewind it ... Wrrrrr ...

Roll up the spring on the "table", hook the end, for example, on a hammered nail. Collapse the folded one as in the link you gave and put it in its place.

    Thanks for the response.
Buddy Ociz - there is no problem with winding the spring, I put it correctly in the starter wheel and without any locks (flexible couplings), the problem is with hooking the other end when inserting the wheel into the housing, it must enter a thin slot, practically blindly, by turning the wheel.

Rycho, you are right, I think the problem is in the wrong spring bend, probably even the one in the picture in my link would not get caught by itself? So pliers and combine?
Second thing - should it hook only once when folding, or does this hook occur during every boot?
I am asking because I managed to hook and twist once, unfortunately after 20 riots it popped up again :(

    Regards.

    Thanks for the advice.

After all, lime with this spring ... It does not bend because it is hardened and it is about to break - apparently either a production bend or a new spring (PLN 30) ... The problem could also result from a prepared gap in the starter.

I threw the wheel with the spring and the rope, I made a hole in the cover (body) of the starter r = 2 cm and firing on the drill ;)
