Parrot CK3100 Firmware Update: Pairing & Authentication Error Solutions with Laptop

Hello, I wanted to upload a new firmware to my Parrot, but I get a pairing or authentication error, how to solve this?

we go to the car, pair our paw with parrot and even if earlier in the "update software" menu we put "activcated" with "deactiveted", we have to do it AGAIN, because after each exit from the menu this option goes by default to "Deactivated" (a little bit has passed before I got to that). Another important thing, when connecting from the update tool parrot and correct authorization, before pressing "next" we open the connection properties of paw with parrot. We give next, authorization, erasing and software updateting are underway. After a few seconds, an error crashes. To avoid this, we need to open and update toole parrot and the computer connection property with parrot at the same time, because after starting the update, the connection will disconnect and you need to quickly click connect! then it will come to an end. If we crash an error (we do not press connect), the parrot will reset and will continue to work.

But I have one more problem, namely after removing the key from the ignition and turning on Parotta again, the English language comes back to me (I don't remember Polish)

I also had a problem with pairing the laptop and parrot because earlier I had a problem with pairing the ck3100 with the Nokia c5. I called the Parrot distributor in Poland and got an instruction from them. Then I made an update according to the instructions and everything is ok. If any of you have a request, I can send this manual because I don't know how to put it here on the forum.

Hello again, no one wanted to share the manual so I tried to update the firmware on my CK3100 LCD without it. The operation was a complete success. In addition, during the update, I took photos and print screens, later added a detailed description and this is how a step-by-step instruction was created on how to update the software and also gain Polish language in the PARROT CK3100 LCD device. The instruction is presented below in the form of the parrot_ck3100_lcd.zip file, which contains the file parrot_ck3100_lcd.pdf

after downloading the files from here, go to step 5 of the manual

CAUTION!!!
After unpacking the files "ck3100_d.bin" and "ck3100_d.ulp", put them in one directory and in point 14 of the manual, click: Browse ... and select the file: "ck3100_d.bin", then the program will show you what the version of the file is. The rest is exactly the same as in the instructions. Good luck

What could be the reason why I can't connect the paw to the parrot?
I am doing exactly as a colleague wrote in the manual and nothing.

hello, chances are you don't have space to connect another device anymore. so remove at least one you have paired and that should help. let me know what and how

I deleted a few paired phones, because the max can be 5.
PARROT Software update tool suddenly connected and started loading until Flash Erasing.

Here an error popped up and on Parrot No signal it was like that 3 minutes later it went out and will not turn on anymore; /

What mistake did I make? soft good I chose 5.0 Polish.
Is there anything else you can do with it?

I turned off the battery minus for 5 minutes and after connecting, it turned on but writes no signal and the screen lights up from time to time.
The only thing left is a cable reflash in some plant?

after charging the battery overnight, parrot displays the text no signal
the cell does not detect parrot, the reset does not help
so there is probably an option with a cable only. Has anyone managed to buy a cheap cable somewhere, get to know the diagram or find a cheap service?

If you have No Signal it's just a cable, I've only seen stores in Uk that sell this cable.
I did not find the schematic, so I gave the box to the parrot distributor, specifically in Nowy Sącz.
I paid PLN 60 and I'm in peace.

I try to upload the Polish language according to the Damcio69 instructions and I come to point 19 "When set correctly, the effect should be as shown in the picture below, i.e.
the "Activated" option is selected, unfortunately, the effect is that I will select and the screen will go back to Advanced settings Software update and in point 20 it is empty, no Parrot CK3100 and I will add that it is connected via bluetooth. Please help what should I do with it?

you should do it in a slightly different order: first set the parrot to the "activated" mode (point 19 of the manual) and then click "search device" after that, the device should be displayed on the list as in the photo in point 20. .
