    DPD is not a deceptive company, but it employs incompetent employees, which results in missing or long delay of parcels, and couriers are usually lazy (I know from experience).
    Edit: It was quite a while, and I hope the company has improved its reputation, and the incompetent have been fired.

    We have obtained a shipping number ... I look, and there: CHAMSTERY!
    There are some things in the preview that weren't there:

    Strogo so for the future. I (the company I work for) use DHL services (please do not perceive it as advertisements) very often and there are no problems.
    Maybe slight delays sometimes, but none of the things you mentioned :)

    And we have been waiting for 4 days (from 13/12, because we actually made an appointment for this day, and not on 10/12 - then it would be 7 days) ... today someone will finally come.
    Now it is interesting: will the parcel be delivered whole, stolen or battered (because apparently couriers from this company steal or bruise parcels - is that true?).
    may there be a decent guest who will not rob the package.
