Or maybe someone knows what is going on, because no one can explain it.
I ordered a package for the traffic kiosk. I can see the info on the tracking that the package has arrived, but not the text message with the code. I wait and wait 2 days, I go to the kiosk to ask, and the lady says that she will not release the parcel without the code and clicks on recall the code again. I'm waiting for 5 days, the code is gone, I'm going to the kiosk, the lady says again that without the code, the parcel will not spend for anything in the world. I say that he will sign the documents, he will show proof - unfortunately, he will not deliver the package without the code.
I call, go, write e-mails, ask on Facebook with Polish Post how to pick it up? It's not possible!
I call the local post office and they say that the sender must file a complaint and he will return the parcel to you, and then he can send it to you a second time, but preferably to your home address or pickup at the post office. So I do, the sender advertises and the package returns to him, but the post office rejects the complaint because it claims that it has sent 4 text messages with the code. Who should be responsible for it?
Has anyone had such a case or can explain why the text message did not arrive? SMSs always come from parcel lockers, I received a few from the traffic and the same number of text messages with the code came.
The post office drops wine on the recipient that they sent 4 text messages with the code and rejected the sender's complaints.
What is going on? could it be the fault of the calling card?
The lady in the kiosk said that this often happens in the case of parcels sent from the post office, because then the text messages are handled by the mail, not the traffic.
A year ago there was an article in the newspaper on this subject, someone had the same case - "He couldn't pick up a parcel from the Polish Post. The parcel was already at the point. 'She showed it to me from a distance' ..."

One thing is for sure, the lady at the kiosk is not guilty of anything and cannot release the parcel without the code.
I have had this service on kiosks for several years and we have never had such a situation.
The given route that the package returns to the sender is probably the only one.

@ -vinci- and the phone number was entered correctly? Can you verify that what phone number was assigned to the package in their system?
Ask the seller to check it.

Maybe someone just got it wrong and the phone number was wrong.

The Polish post office is to blame for everything, as it shows the level it represents, i.e. the level of the septic tank!
The lady from the kiosk explained everything to me, she said: she would not hand over the "Pocztowa" parcel without the code, but if it was a RUCH parcel, she would have no problem with issuing it without the code as part of an emergency, just show your ID card and sign the declaration.
But since this package was sent by post to the traffic, it is impossible to pick it up, you need a code, and the code has not arrived.
Now the contradiction between postal workers, because what different employees have different rules, presents:
    - at the local post office, they say that the identity document cannot be picked up and the sender has to advertise the parcel, then it will come back and then send it to the recipient again.
    - after contacting the email with kontakt(_at_)poczta-polska.pl, they claim that it can be picked up on an identity document or even on a power of attorney.
The package does not feel guilty and rejects the complaint. Such a thing can only happen at the Polish Post Office.

The phone number was checked first and everything was checked 10 times, the lady from the kiosk checked the number on the parcel and spoke loudly was the same as mine, and every time I went to the kiosk, she took the parcel, showed it to me, scanned the label several times to make sure that the package was accepted and everything was correct, then she clicked "recall code" on the computer.
The sender also contacted the post and also checked in the electronic system (because he sent it electronically), the post tells him that it has already sent 4 text messages with the code, but somehow none came. The calling card works normally, there are texts with codes for parcel machines, one came yesterday, I also have older texts from RUCH, etc. and these texts for this package did not come.
The post office does not feel responsible.

Has the problem been resolved somehow?

Because it's the first time I've had this situation. The parcel is in the frog, the phone number in the system is correct, it is sent twice from the SMS system and it does not reach me ... Some kind of massacre!

Unfortunately, I have the same problem again, I went to the post office three times, twice after being returned to the sender - the package did not arrive because the text message did not arrive. The third time I had to keep an eye on the parcels by tracking and as it was written that the SMS notification was sent I went to the post office and asked for the parcel. They gave me no problem upon showing the ID, but my remark that I do not receive text messages went unnoticed ... They checked the number - it was good ... sender ...

At Mother's, all two came after turning the phone on and off, and something went wrong. Another time, the mailbox was full, but we will notice something like that only on the text message we expect, the package, shopping, confirmation from the bank.

Unfortunately, it was impossible to do anything, the problem was not solved, and even worse - the post office did not even refund the shipping costs - the sender filed a complaint at the post office and the post office rejected it! I wrote about it on Facebook, and I also touched the entire post office by phone, but it did not help.
The package was lying in the kiosk for about a week, I went there every day and was shown it to me, scanned to make sure, but without the code, I was not even wanted to issue it for an ID document, then it returned back to the sender. Briefly speaking, the post office did not lose a penny, but just unjustifiably shifted the wine on the sender and recipient. Since then, I avoid the post office, I do not send and I do not order anything by post !!
