Many thanks, mate deniro18 for the photos. It looks a bit different for me.
But it seems to me that this problem has already been solved. Have you done an electronic turbine positioner / controller in this model?
    Thanks

    Hello!
I do not want to assume a new topic, and I have a question for the fuse box located under the steering wheel.
in the attached photo in the post of a colleague deniro18 you can see a blue socket for a relay.
is anyone able to say what this relay is responsible for?
I have 2 such slots in my car, one of which is occupied and 2 is free.

I can't find diagrams that describe these relay sockets.
Thank you in advance for your help
    Regards!

I have "I repair myself" for MK3. There are some schematics at the end. Litter?

I also have this book, unfortunately the diagrams that are attached do not describe this fuse box. Maybe someone is able to give the markings of the sockets, it would help in finding the functions of these relays.
    Regards!

Yes, I checked all the topics that included information about relays and fuses :D
It took me all day, unfortunately to no avail.
Today another missed night, but this time I hope with a positive result.
Below is a photo of my fuse box under the steering wheel

There may be different variants with these relays depending on the version and year.
Generally, there are 2 relays, mounted at the very bottom of the box, the descriptions of which I have not found in any Ford documentation: blue and brown
    - blue - is responsible for xenon lamp sprinklers (and that could be correct, because I have xenon lamps :)
    - brown - is responsible for electrically folding mirrors
