    Hello!

For several days I have become the owner of the Electrolux EWF 810 washing machine, the washing machine behaves correctly, but during spinning even at 500 rpm, it vibrates even with an empty drum and at 800 rpm the vibrations are already strongly felt. With washing, spinning is not possible at all, the washing machine jumps and moves around the bathroom - the washing machine stands steadily on 4 legs and the combinations with leveling did not do anything.
The question for you is whether I should replace a faulty washing machine in such a system? Do you also guess what may be wrong.

Oh, maybe it does not matter much, but when I look at the gap between the drum and the seal, you can see that it changes, so as if the drum was not perfectly even and somehow twisted ... The difference is about 2mm, it seems to me that maybe make a difference at 800 rpm when spinning ... What do you say?

    greetings
    Rafal

Read the operating instructions carefully. Especially the points regarding the transport lock. As for the gap, it is the norm in "thin washing machines".

Don't make a fool of me ;) The protective polystyrene blocks between the drum and the housing have been removed.

    What could still be wrong?

As a rule, they are not made of polystyrene, they are a solid piece of metal.

There is nothing in the manual about any other locks except
    - polystyrene block at the bottom of the device
    - two polystyrene blocks in bags on the right and left side of the drum

Oh, it's not EWF 810 and EWF 830 but it probably doesn't matter.
    and that's it...

If you unscrewed all the bolts of the lock, the tank in the washing machine should "sway" loosely.

Good advice - sit on the washing machine with the newspaper, which would not be bored

At the back of the washing machine is a wide and long, flat piece of sheet metal with two or three bolts. Through this piece of metal, they connect the washing machine's casing with the drum. It then becomes stiff and the vibration does not dampen the shock absorbers, and then the washing machine dances. the second thing is the shock absorbers, it happens that they are just dry !! and they do not dampen the vibrations sufficiently, or too much play in the attachment of the casing-shock-absorber-drum. The cause, but with much smaller vibrations, may also be a badly positioned head, a defective collar between the drum and the washing insert.

What are you writing about? Nowadays, Italian women would give a wide and a width of a washing machine a piece of sheet metal? They now make a half of the washing machine out of the material that used to go to the blockade. :D There are only three screws on the back of this washing machine.
When you write about telescopes, do you mean frictional or hydraulic?

okay, I read and I don't know whether to write or not - I bought a Poalr washing machine a few years ago and ... she was jumping around the bathroom; after a few months, future experts attached a ring approximately 15 kg to the drum; and found that this type is so. then they went .. bearings, etc. etc. It's fun to read the forum; I seriously thought about fastening the washing machine to the floor with wall plugs .. tear off the sides.

remove the transport lock and still do not spin the empty washing machine on the drum. The drum must be loaded. and in fact this model is ok

Can something like that happen from the washing machine, my washing machine was running for 10 minutes later, only the screws were unscrewed?

    No. At least it shouldn't.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the Electrolux EWF 810 washing machine, which exhibits excessive vibrations and movement during the spin cycle, even when empty. Users suggest checking for the removal of transport locks and ensuring proper leveling. Some mention that a gap between the drum and seal may indicate an uneven drum, potentially causing the vibrations. Others discuss the importance of ensuring that all screws and protective blocks are removed, as well as the condition of shock absorbers. Recommendations include consulting the manual for installation instructions and considering professional service if issues persist, especially since the machine may still be under warranty.
