    Hello!
I am asking for help in diagnosing the fault.
Here is what I observed in the operation of the Electrolux EWF147540W washing machine:
    - while the washing program is running, the programmer displays functions, time flies, the washing machine takes in water, the relays can be heard, but the drum does not spin, the icon on the water heating display does not show heating (the heating bar stands still), after approx. 3 minutes, the program stops and returns to the initial settings with time, the play cursor blinks, no error codes are displayed on the display.
    - during the program, drain the water - the washing machine shows 2 minutes, drains the water and stops normally, and the display shows 0:00.
When I set the spin program, you hear the water pump, the drum does not spin, the spin icon does not "spin" on the display, the time runs from 0:16, at the time of 0:14 the pump starts again and the spin icon "rotates" but the drum in still not, the pump can still be heard at 0:12, 0:11.

I cleaned the water pump filter. The drum turns by hand without problems.

I am asking for help, what may be damaged? Can the washing machine be put into service mode and any errors can be read?

This washing machine has an induction motor.

Today I got to the washing machine.
I attach photos of the engine and its driver. I measured the resistance of the motor windings from the ankle (the photo shows a 5-pin):
    1-2 = 118?
    1, 2 - 3, 4, 5 = ?
    3-4 = 5.8?
    4-5 = 5.9?
    3-5 = 5.8?
Doesn't it seem strange that there is always a similar resistance between pins 3, 4, 5? Are they linked into a star?

What can I check and how to find the fault?
Why does the temperature icon not show heating on the display, it seems to me that the washing machine heated it up immediately when it took in water. I checked the heater for ohmmeters, it has 28?

I'm asking for help, a pile of laundry, and my wife ... you know.
    Regards

How do you think these winding resistances are not low? Maybe some short circuit? The windings have the same value, whether this would be the case during a short circuit, and I am surprised that the measurement shows as if they were connected in a triangle.

    The inverter is probably damaged.

Motor looks BLDC. Defective motor controller called "don't know why" inverter. Second photo. Without functional electronics, the engine itself is a pile of scrap.

    Thank you for this information.
You can learn something all the time :) I ordered the driver, however, I am tempted to try to repair the old one, but I would need a schematic of it. Challenge big, complicated circuit, but maybe checking the power elements, maybe checking the circuit under voltage, maybe I would conclude something. Does anyone of yours have a schematic of such or a very similar driver? Is this 118? winding some feedback for the system or some compensation? Another additional question, is there a fuse that cuts off the engine power system?
    Thank you for each entry.

Are there any permanent magnets on this particular washing machine motor?

    You can.

How can I enter the service mode? How to read errors?
I will check if there are magnets.

The motor does not have magnets. It is a three-phase motor with delta connected windings and the fourth winding is a tacho. Replacing the motor power supply has revived the washing machine.

Thank you to people who were willing to help. I also understand that it is sometimes difficult to advise when you do not see something. On the other hand, there are people who could help and conduct a dialogue about nothing. This site used to have more potential ...

Topic summary

The Electrolux EWF147540W washing machine is experiencing a malfunction where the drum does not spin during operation, despite the control panel indicating that the program is running and water is being drained. The user measured the motor windings' resistance, noting unusual values that suggest potential issues with the motor or its controller. Responses from the forum indicate that the inverter may be damaged, and the motor is identified as a three-phase BLDC type without permanent magnets. The user successfully revived the washing machine by replacing the motor power supply after troubleshooting. Additional inquiries about service mode and error reading were also discussed.
