Hello ... without the manual, you can do the trick, but without the list of codes for individual devices (which should be attached to the remote control) you can throw it away or give it back to where you bought it. The situation is completely different if your remote control has a learning function ... normally it is a sign like "learn", "set", "save" etc. but it can also be a combination like yours: "me". Try to press this button for more than 2 seconds, which should put your remote control into "learn" mode and you will be signaled by the LED ... then you press the button on your universal that you want to program, and then the button on the original remote from which this function is to be taken over (eg play in a VCR) and remember that the distance between the pilots does not exceed 30-40cm, and besides, they must "see" each other, i.e. be turned to each other with IR LEDs .... good luck in your tests !!
