Mustang model: ATX KY-450W after replacing the S30SC4M diode on SBL3040PT ...

    Hello all!

I got this power supply for repair - Mustang ATX KY-450W. The first thing I did with it, I checked the fuse, choke, bridge rectifier.
Then I started it without load without PS-ON, it gives voltage:

    + 5VSB - 5.16V
    PS-ON - 5.12V

I noticed. that the converter is working loud. After connecting the load I tried to start this power supply, but it did not move, it was heard that the inverter has a huge overload.

I have measured the transistors after the original one - they look OK. I located a punctured double LED diode with a designation on the DH2 board - S30SC4M I exchanged it for SBL3040PT .

I tried to start the power supply again - it is better, the fan turns very reluctantly, it can be heard that the inverter is still overloaded. I do not know the tension - I do not want to damage it completely.

Where to look further and where to start now?
I will add that the control system is:
    SDC2921
    Greetings!

    I am charged with + 5V and + 12V lines, but at 2A.

After connecting two drives, the power supply has started, but is it normal that the fan does not rotate? How to diagnose the cause of damage to this double diode?

    Edit:
The fan turned out to be blurred, which probably led to overheating of this double diode and its short circuit. Can I check something else and what is worth paying attention to in this model?

If this is the case, what voltage line is the diode on?

The need to replace the electrolytic capacitors in the line in which the diode was damaged!

Integrated circuit SDC2921 below you have a piece of the scheme with him in the main role should protect three basic voltages against surprises (I do not know how it is and on what was made in this variant of the power supply whole PP inverter). This would make the use of this power supply reasonably safe.

    Line + 5V

    The capacitors are ok.

    Here is also ok. Thanks
I only have a problem with the loud operation of the + 5VSB inverter. Namely, it squeaks and feels a bit like heating electronics, as PS-ON is not turned on.

    Edit:
After connecting the car bulb, the inverter goes quiet. Is this how to stay? I've probably traversed all the semiconductors around the small inverter and found nothing.

    Edit2:

I close the subject, the power supply is working. Thank you all for help :)
