    Hello,
I do not know how to check if my motherboard works from an old computer (M7VIT BRAVO ver. 7.3). BIPA, the ram bones are working, the power supply is also working, all the cabling is properly connected, the graphics card is not sure if it works, but it should fire even if it would not work like this? And the processor, I don't know what condition it is in. The reason for the breakdown is that the younger brother pulled out the bones of the frames, and later the sister tried to start but it turned out that there were no frames, so when she got the frames from her brother and put the computer in the ports, the computer did not start, at the beginning it only vibrated and the fan stopped, but now it did not start it wont start.
    Please help.

the capacitors are fine, I replaced the frames and still nothing. What can happen while taking the frames out and firing them up?

The loudspeaker does not make the sound, I switched from my current computer to this. Could it be the processor's fault?

You have a damaged motherboard. Should be a pip thanks when you run it. The disc fails the memory test. After removing the frames, there is to be a squeak, i.e. a memory test, the same for the lack of graphics. No squeaking is the damaged element, i.e. the disc.

and I just checked and it turned out that the processor is damaged because after removing its fan, they will start working. Now, how could someone advise me on the best M7VIT Bravo processor to buy. Athlon xp, Athlon, Duron, Sempron?

    Wiyam.
The list of supported processors in the link:
    Link
    AMD Athlon XP 3000+ (333MHz)
    AMD Athlon XP 2600+ (266MHz)
    AMD Sempron 2800+ (333MHz)
    AMD Athlon 1.4GHz
    AMD Duron 1.8GHz (266MHz)
    AMD Duron 1.3GHz
It follows that AMD Athlon XP 3000+ is best installed.

Make sure you are sure it supports. Because it is different. They serve, not serve. You do not remember the bios version, and what rev is you have on the disc in this respect, see I need to update the encore to the newest one. Compare the cache result of this processor with others because it may not be profitable.

The most reasonable thing is to buy a cheap processor on the 462 socket (Socket A), eg Sempron for 10 to 15 PLN. and you will check if the board is actually working.
If so, check what BIOS you have, or download the newest one and then you will be able to insert a better processor.

aha, but still this processor costs a maximum of PLN 20 with the shipment, so how much was it. And if I play a newer bios, what does it give me?

A newer BIOS version may improve the compatibility of some games, memory and CPUs.
However, keep in mind that updating the BIOS is not for everyone. If your motherboard is working fine, no BIOS updates are recommended.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around troubleshooting an M7VIT BRAVO ver. 7.3 motherboard that is not powering on after RAM was removed and reinserted. Initial checks confirmed that the RAM and power supply were functional, but the graphics card's status was uncertain. Users suggested checking for swollen capacitors and connecting a speaker to diagnose the motherboard's POST (Power-On Self-Test) signals. The absence of sound indicated a potential processor failure, which was later confirmed. Recommendations included testing with a compatible processor and considering BIOS updates for improved compatibility with newer components. The best processor options for the motherboard were identified as AMD Athlon XP 3000+, AMD Sempron 2800+, and others, with advice to start with a cheaper processor for testing purposes.
