This is an alarm signal when the set speed is exceeded. When driving at a speed of e.g. 80 km / h, one of the buttons on the counter should be pressed - the speed will be saved and an alarm will be activated each time you exceed it. This is how it works for me.

so today I took my mother's car, tested it and came to the same conclusions as my colleague above. So the matter is solved and finished.
