I dismantled the vents grille, disconnected the airbag cable from it and then mistakenly turned on the ignition to check the radio. After the yellow light appeared on the board, I decided to clear the error. The most ordinary cable than viakena + vag-com. I do not remember whether the error was in the first tab or in 15 - airbag, but I deleted some error. Maybe a pillow error or maybe a throttle error (sporadically appears when driving lpg - never mind that).
The error is cleared and the light stays on. Viakena cable in hand + vcds Lite ... And I can't get to the Airbag tab. When trying to communicate with the airbag controller, the following message appears:

Golf V, 1.4BBCA - Clearing the airbag error - light on despite no errors

Of course, I turned off the pillows with the key in the glove box. I followed this message. I turned the ignition off, confirmed the message, waited for the next window to count down 30 seconds, then information about turning the ignition on appeared - and then the same. No controller detected: /
There are no errors when scanning all groups. Now the question ... what am I doing wrong?
I turn on the ignition - the airbag indicator is on. It goes out for maybe half a second and then lights up again. Could I have damaged the driver while deleting the vag-comem error instead of vcds? I don't know anymore, help me: /

With this cable you can remove errors in the engine, nothing more. You don't even know where or what you deleted -
    - why this conversation?

No order and composition Friend. Answer the question in the first post. I am not a beginner. I have had diesel so far. And with the independent timing replacement and angle setting, fuel dose after self-regeneration pump or diagnosis of turbo boost was enough.
Maybe someone else say if this cable is enough to connect to the pillow driver

but for sure not golf5, because it does not set the angle or dose, so two different cars and types of communication.

But there are also airbags and a K + line in the connector. I understand that I need a cable that supports CAN or K + CAN and Vag-COM or VCDS for this?

Beer for a friend. VAG002 dealt with the pillow error :)

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a Golf V 1.4BBCA experiencing an airbag error light that remains illuminated despite attempts to clear it using a Viakena cable and VCDS Lite software. The user disconnected the airbag cable while checking the radio, which triggered the error. Responses indicate that the Viakena cable may not support airbag error clearing, and a compatible cable that supports CAN or K + CAN communication is necessary. Some users suggest that the VAG002 cable successfully addressed similar airbag errors.
