Due to the dishwasher's distant location from the water source, I bought an extension hose, which I installed in the faucet, and connected the end of the hose with a special plastic connector (threaded on both sides) to the dishwasher's aquastop hose.
My problem is the connection of the plastic connector to the extension hose (the one from the battery). The hose was fitted with a blue gasket. The first time I connected the connector with the hose "sensitively" - the connection is leaking, tightened it - the connection is leaking. I added a second additional gasket. I tightened "sensitively" - it is leaking, I tightened it forcibly - it does not leak. After three weeks at night, there was such a leak that I flooded the neighbors. Further tightening does nothing. Please explain to me how to connect a plastic connector with an ordinary hose so that it does not leak? One gasket, maybe two, tight, sensitively, or maybe some strings, or pour silicone?
